Can I provide customized size ratio for resizing?
Yes. You can provide customized size ratio for resizing. We will resize your images according to your instruction.
How long it will take to complete my order?
It depends on the number of images & their complexity. Our Production Capacity 5000/day.
What will happen if I’m not happy with a completed image?
We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. We only charge you once we can satisfy you.
What is your working time?
Our team works 24×7. You can contact us and send us files any time.
What is the minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement. You can order any amount of images.
How can I pay you?
You can pay us via PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Transferwise, WesternUnion.
Can I make payment weekly or monthly?
You have to pay us once an order is delivered. You can also pay us weekly or monthly basis. In that case you have to make an agreement with us.
Do you guarantee the safety and security of my images?
Yes. All of your images are 100% safe and secure with us. We don’t share any image with any 3rd party. We store image as a backup for only 30 – 180 days based on client requirements. After that we delete all of your images from our system. If you don’t allow us storing image, then we will delete after you receive and review all images.
Will you use my images for commercial purposes?
No. We don’t use your images for commercial purposes. You will have 100% right to use it or not.
